1. Service description

AAConnect is a mobile AAC communication app that supports card-based phrase building, search, free text, and premium personalization features.

2. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods reasonably secure.
• The app must not be used in a way that breaks law, store rules, or these terms.

3. Unacceptable use

• Attempting to break, exploit, or overload the service
• Uploading unlawful or rights-infringing content
• Trying to gain unauthorized access
• Using the app for fraud or abusive behavior

4. User content

Cards, categories, text, and uploaded images created inside the app remain the user's responsibility. Content that violates law or platform rules may be restricted or removed.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Premium features may be offered through recurring subscriptions. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple App Store rules and the billing terms shown at purchase time.
